Track My Service Status is Desoutter's web platform which supports our customers in managing their tools service needs.
With TMSS you can check your installed base at a glance. You will be warned when tools from your facility need servicing, and you can order a tool maintenance in few clicks !
You will also find the full technical history of your tools in detailed cards which contain the initial production and delivery data, previous orders, maintenance reports and certificates.
The main dashboard will also display the status of all the products sent to Desoutter for a service or repair, allowing to easily keep track on them.
Track My Service Status is not only about tools ! In TMSS you can also view the past on-site visits from your Desoutter technician, as well as the upcoming visits.
This platform being live connected to our service management system, TMSS is always up to date. Should you get a new tool from Desoutter, it will be added automatically in your installed base list, for a smooth and precise follow-up.
