A tool or several tools can be added to SERVICE REQUEST from the TOOLS page (see TOOLS page § Column Action).

The quantity of tools added to SERVICE REQUEST is dynamically adjusted next to the tab title between brackets:

All necessary fields to request a service activity are prefilled.

Should you want to provide additional information, use the comments fields for each tool, or the remarks field for the order.

To remove a tool from this request, click the Remove button on the right hand side of the tool row.

Click the SUBMIT button to send this request to your Desoutter representative.

TMSS generates a shipping list which should be attached to the delivery parcel.

The tools can be shipped to Desoutter for the service activity.
