Introduction

Different dashboards available using the DeMeter platform have different scope and information available to users when viewing them. This article will explain what each dashboard is designed to be used for.

Types of Dashboard 


Assembly Line KPI's 

The Assembly Line KPI dashboard is designed to be connected to a set of Infinity Client stations that are all working on the same production line/in the same production area. From this dashboard, one can easily ascertain whether the line is behind, on target or ahead of target as well as also seeing the current state of the line.


The Assembly Line KPI dashboard allow users to see:

  • The current date and time
  • The name of the monitored assembly line
  • The assembly line's production status
  • The status of each connected Infinity Client
  • The current operator/supervisor logged into each Infinity Client
  • The assembly line's performance
  • The assembly line's availability 
  • The assembly line's quality
  • The assembly line's overall equipment effectiveness score
  • The assembly's line current shift target / number of parts produced
  • The number of days since an accident was last reported

Using the configuration tool users can also edit the logo display in the bottom left-hand corner and the slogan shown at the bottom of the dashboard.


Factory Line KPI's 

The Factory KPI dashboard is designed to be connected to multiple assembly lines that are all working towards completing the same products/goals. From this dashboard, a viewer can gauge what is happening in their production environment overall without looking at every user and station that is currently working. A user can see the overall effectiveness of the current shift based on the target parts to be produced and the shown OEE values. This lets viewers see whether the line is behind, on target or ahead of target as well as also seeing the current working state. In effect, it is one level "higher" than the assembly line KPI dashboard.


The Factory KPI dashboard allow users to see:

  • The current data and time
  • The name of the monitored production
  • The assembly line's production status
  • The working status of each connected assembly line 
  •  The last variant type/UID produced on each line
  • The assembly line's performance
  • The assembly line's availability 
  • The assembly line's quality
  • The factory's overall equipment effectiveness score
  • The factory's overall current shift target / number of parts produced
  • The number of days since an accident was last reported

Using the configuration tool users can also edit the logo display in the bottom left-hand corner and the slogan shown at the bottom of the dashboard.


Assembly Line Calls 

The Assembly Line Calls dashboard allows users to see what calls have been raised by users of connected Infinity Client's and gain an understanding of the current working state of the line. Viewers of the dashboard can see some information about how the assembly line is functioning as well as also seeing what the top problems are in the assembly line by analysing the 'Top 5 Calls' portion of the dashboard.


The Assembly Line KPI dashboard allow users to see:

  • The current date and time
  • The name of the monitored assembly line
  • The assembly line's production status
  • The status of each connected Infinity Client
  • The current operator/supervisor logged into each Infinity Client
  • The top five most commonly occurring calls on the connected assembly

Using the configuration tool users can also edit the logo display in the bottom left-hand corner and the slogan shown at the bottom of the dashboard.


Factory Calls 

The Factory Calls dashboard allows user to see what calls have been raised by users of connected Infinity Client's in the past as ell as currently open calls. Viewers of the dashboard can see all information about open calls including which assembly line and station they came from. Furthermore, the status of the call is shown - open call as shown as accepted if a user has assigned it to themselves using the Desoutter Assistant Application.


The Factory Line KPI dashboard allow users to see:

  • The current date and time
  • The name of the monitored assembly line
  • The factory's production status
  • Calls from Infinity Client that are on-going/open
  • The top five most commonly occurring calls on the connected assembly areas

Using the configuration tool users can also edit the logo display in the bottom left-hand corner and the slogan shown at the bottom of the dashboard.
