Introduction
The following article is intended to explain how to navigate and use the DeMeter Configurator user interface and it's work areas.

The configurator at a glance

1: Menu Navigation - Users can navigate between the different menus in DeMeter Configurator.
2: Project Controls - Confirm, save or cancel changes to the currently open configuration.
3: Main Workspace - Main working pane of the application allowing user to configure and edit elements such as connectors, shift times, shift targets, alerts and dashboards.
4: Version Details - Version Details for the opened DeMeter Configurator.

Settings
By navigating to Settings users can define the following:
- Time zone - Defines the time zone for the viewers of the configured DeMeter dashboards.
 - Default Company - Defines the name of the company that this DeMeter server applies to. Also seen as the upper most level for the "Line Layout" menu.
 - Language - Defines the the language to be used on the Demeter Configurator user interface
 - Date of last accident - Defines the date of the last accident within the company
